Returning Unwanted Goods
As per the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 you have the right to return goods without reason, in most cases, within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. After you have informed us of your intention to return the goods to us, they must be returned within 14 days. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Please include your dispatch note with your returned goods, or your order number, name and address and a note requesting a refund.
We can only accept the return if the item(s) is/are in perfect, unused, unopened (if packaged), re-saleable condition (including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc.).
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. The item(s) is/are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The basic costs of shipping the goods to you will be refunded. Enhanced delivery costs are exempt such as Next Day Delivery, Saturday Next Day Delivery and any other service provided which is over and above the basic offering. Please refer to our delivery page for details of our basic delivery options.

Personalised (made-to-order) goods cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
Returning Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your goods are faulty you can get a refund up to 30 days after receiving them.
Any faulty, damaged or incorrect items returned to us should include all parts, instructions and packaging where possible.
When returning the goods please let us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
We will refund the return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Please contact us to agree on a suitable return method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted, such as unwanted goods returned not in their original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.
Goods will only be refunded to the same person who made the initial purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
We will process any refunds due as soon as possible, but please be aware there may occasionally be a delay in receiving a refund whilst it is processed by the bank or credit card company, particularly at weekends or on Bank Holidays. Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to be processed. If you believe a refund due to you hasn't been received then please contact us.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. However, should you wish to exchange an unwanted item please contact us. This exchange will be at our own discretion and may incur a further postage charge. Once we receive your return we will dispatch the replacement item.
